These instructions will help you to add your email accounts to a device or computer. Please reference below the type of device you are trying to add the email to:

For Desktop/Laptops: (Windows & Apple)

Make sure to use the following programs on your computer (Outlook or Thunderbird). Apple Mail is not recommended especially in older devices because the setup can be very difficult in changing your ports and mail server settings correctly. In most cases setting up with Outlook 365 and/or Thunderbird is a very simple process.

For Phones: iOS or Android Devices (Step by Step Walk Through):

Manual Installation Instructions:
Please replace "youremailaddress" with your email address and "yourdomainaddress" with your url of your domain without the http or www. If you do not see an auto-configuration script for your client in the list above, you can manually configure your mail client using the settings below:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings Using IMAP
(Make sure SSL/TLS settings are being used - non SSL connections will be blocked.)
Username: youremailaddress
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomainaddress
IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomainaddress
SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Webmail: (No Application Needed) All hosting accounts that have cPanel emails will have the option for the use our of webmail.  If for some reason you are having device troubles, traveling without your configured devices, or want the ease of logging into your mail from a different computer - you can login using: https://yourdomainaddress/webmail. You will use your email address and password in order to login.
